Membership Application Forms for the 2009-2010 year are now available!

2009-10 Membership forms were emailed to current La Jolla FSC members.  If you didn't receive your packet, download one from the link below.  You must return your completed forms before you are eligible to test or compete for the year beginning July 1, 2009.

Please return your forms by June 30^th, 2009 to keep your membership current.

The La Jolla FSC accepts new members year round.  Please download the Membership Packet below.  The Packet includes all forms and instructions.
